Charlom Enslin
Managing Director
He began as a passionate miner with an outstanding Safety and Production record and a broad business understanding of Mining Operations. As a leader who knows that leadership plays a leading role so results are obtained through an excellent team, Charlom is a positive opportunistic leader who sees positivity in any situation. Starting as a learning miner was later appointed as production Shift Boss and Production Mine Overseer. Charlom worked in deep underground levels for gold mining, the likes of Anglo Gold Ashanti, and also has experience in the chrome and platinum mining sector
Through his outstanding managerial skills, V TECH has been operating for 14 Years with an exceptional technical and management team rendering Cleaning solutions to our colleagues in a big Mining house in South Africa. With where mining stands today in South Africa the focus needs to be on small-scale mining and all is about recovery and that is what I do, bringing Solutions to maximize the recovery factor.

Puseletso Rejoice Mokoena
She is the Group Chief Executive Officer of Infinity Steam and is an astute professional who has been an innovation entrepreneur for a few years. She is formerly the Managing Director and Founding member of Exxon Petroleum SA. Her career began in the Media space as a sales graduate and progressed to numerous client-facing roles looking after major investment entities. She then took on various client advisory and senior management roles for Exxon Petroleum SA and Infinity Steam. She is currently an Executive Director of V TECH Mining. Her responsibilities included being a digital transformation advisor, leading implementations of networking infrastructure, analysing & enforcing security practices, and fostering the adoption of software solutions and cloud-based platforms for major clients. She ensured that clients across the private and public sectors took advantage of all technology business platforms, hardware, and software.
Kayla Burrell
Kayla Burrell is a 31-year-old optimistic non-executive director who always has a great impact on the growth of V TECH from a board level, she is very influential, carries and possesses very commendable communication skills, and she is passionate about all the goals and executive plans of V TECH. She has been a shareholder and a board member of V-tech Cleaning Solutions since May 2014 and keeps growing with the company as we journey into a chapter of excellence in the mining field.
Eugene Enslin
He has 5 years of experience in Graphic Design, Web Development as well and Project Management, during this period T has obtained 7 international certificates. During his study years, Eugene represented the Communication & Marketing student council for 2 years where he had to do all the media relations and special event planning.
Eugene knows what it means to give each project the personalized attention it deserves. He always strives to deliver state-of-the-art Business relationships with all V TECH clients.
He has further enhanced His knowledge by obtaining my ISO 9001:201 5 certificate as part of His Skills Developing program. Eugene is a hard-working person who pays attention to details, is very flexible, and is quick to pick up new skills to enhance His knowledge and management skills.
Antonie van Rheede van Oudtshoorn
As a Multi-skilled Mining and Training professional with 31 years of extensive experience in the sector, it has allowed me to rejuvenate various skills, and the ability to work with different types of people. Antonie’s advanced knowledge gained by doing his MLDP (Management Leadership Development) through the University of Cape Town’s Graduate School of Business has given me well-rounded skill sets.
The skills include Compliance within the area of responsibility SHEQ – certification: OHSAS 18000, IS0 14001, and ISO 9001 requirements with specific reference to:
- Policies, Procedures, Systems
- Audits (internal and external), inspections
- Appointments
- Education and Training
- Management of change and document control
- Benchmarking and aligning against relevant regulatory bodies (DMR, MQA, ECSA, etc.)
I am a conscientious person who works hard and pays attention to details. I’m flexible, and quick to pick up new skills to enhance my knowledge and skills.
Lelanie Diedericks
She is one of the outstanding executive staff members with excellent communication skills. Lelanie bridges V TECH’s communication and our clients for procumbent documents, orders, and statements, furthermore she manages and keeps our Comply work, Supply Chain, Sage, Workman Comp, and all requirements from the labour department up to date.
